hey guys... jedi sent me this email not too long ago. i told him that i would talk it over with u guys before i gave him a definite answer. i think it could be a great idea... the only thing i can foresee is the immature idiots that swarm .net will infest our forum. well, in either case, let me know what u think...

hey ethan.... im not sure what we're going to do yet... from what i can see, most of our northeast members use CL... on the other hand, most of our so. cal members use .net.... i was thinkin we keep our forum here (for our northeast/so fla. chapters) and open up a forum on is300.net for our so. cal & dallas, texas chapters.. or vice versa....something to that degree....

what do u think?? i dont want to offend u or anyone for that matter... you have been good to us and your opinion is greatly appreciated...

i personally have strayed from .net since we have moved here. I have no desire to go back there either, but I do notice our Cali members hang out at .net

Long time ago, I stopped the bickering with IS300.NET (on ClubLexus side). I tell vendors (Volk, MVP, PHR, XS-Eng, Hotckins, Import Xpression, etc) to advertise there. I close threads that disparage IS300.NET. Both sites are for Lexus owners. That is good enough for me.

Sp, whatever you guys do, ClubLexus will support it.

I just don't want you guys to move there and have to start with zero threads again. So, if you guys wants the threads/post in your forum, I will try to the best of my ability to find a way to transport it and give it to the admins of IS300.NET to put into your car club forum. Of course, IS300.NET will own all the rights to the information.

As for spilliting the chapters, it may work. It will take leadership to manage both places.

looks like we'll keep our forum here..... and we'll let our so. cal chapter use .net for their forum since they hardly come over here anyways...

 

I kinda like having it here at clublexus...Little more secluded and non of the bullsh*t that goes on at .net. just my .02

 

I appreciate the offer but I like it here and only here, besides this way we wont spread ourselves thin.. everone knows when we post on "Lexotic concepts" -- We mean here

 

I wouldnt mind seeing it on both forums. Expanding it would let more people kno Lexotixc cocepts is around.

 

Keep in mind with the good comes the bad. I will say it again.. Keep it HERE and only here.

If they want to put up a Banner Ad for us (if your so interested in exposure) .. that would be cool
