MrMark- or anyone else from NJ, PA wanna drive up together? I have no idea where that place is, never been there. How far is it? maybe we can meet up with people in NY again. And what day is everyone going?

 

Hey guys, ok, here is the deal, my graduation is on sunday the 26th, the first day of the show, there is no possible way i can come that day but i want to come on the 27th. Is there even a show then or is it just victory laps like my friend jay told me. If so i am in. I take it since i am coming on the 27th i wouldnt be able to get my car in there with the rest of the LC member but i am definatly come and hang with the rest of you guys by your cars, unless someone wants to drive my car up the day before and enter it for me or something. I dont know, we will figure it out.

I wouldn't worry to much about signing up for the show at this point. As it looks now, nobody from LC will be in the show since I haven't heard from anyone. Unless everyone has just decided to do it on their own. I haven't heard from Anyone regarding any of the shows. If we want to do this type of stuff as a group, we need to know what is going a little sooner than a week before the show. As it stands now, I will prob. come check the show out on Sunday. I am not doing anything else that weekend due to the stupid idea of my boss. We are having a Midnight Madness Sale that weekend.

 

i agree with justin in the fact that we should provide more info whether or not we are attending certain shows within a long enough time frame. as far as i know... these are the people who will be attending. if you are on this list and aren't planning on going, please let us know. i will be in touch with the joe zhang (founder of import xpression) within the next few hours to see what kind of deal we can get in terms of pricing as a club, and if we can get a special section just for us. so just hold on... im working on it...better late than never

ok, just got off the phone with Joe. great guy, very nice to talk to.... he actually told me that we had 3 entries into the flushing show and nobody showed up. one of those people was Manuel. luckily, joe was nice enough to roll over those entrant fees to the lime rock show.....so manny lucked out

joe also agreed to give us our very own section!! and told me to gather everyones entrance fees ($50) previous to arrival. we don't have to pre-register!!!!! we just need to meet up early sunday morning, give me your entrance fees, and then roll in. he also said we can show up at 10am.

note: we can bbq at lime rock... so instead of just getting ripped off and paying $5 for a hot dog....lets get together on saturday and do some grocery shopping... anyone who has a cooler, bring it!! and anyone who has a small enough grille to bring along, bring it... this is going to be a great time, lots of racing, show, and fun!!!

 

Great Job Dan. I will be there, no doubt. I can't meet up with you guys Saturday night but will c you guys in the AM. BBQ is a must. $5 a head is a great idea and if we can get a head count with guest and any special requests for food or drink by Tues, we should have no prob. accomadating everyone.
