Hi everyone, I just took delivery this weekend of an LC 500 I originally ordered 09/2021. Long wait, but was worth it.
Additionally, I'm in central CA and would like to trade my 21" wheels/tires for an undamaged & low mile set of forged 20" wheels/tires.

Edit: Photos added!

Congrats, please post some pictures for us to admire
Btw, if you originally ordered 09/2022, that’s a short wait I would say …

Congrats noriLC and welcome to the club. May I ask why you are looking to switch out your 21’s for 20’s? The 21’s were a $2,650 option price tag on my LC.

Thank you!

As far as the wheels, I'm just not a fan of the huge wheels on cars nowadays. To tell you the truth, if there were 19" wheels that would fit, I'd put them on. On my last vehicle, I went from 18" wheels to 15" wheels. Saved almost 50 lbs. and made the car far more athletic while also giving a better ride. The difference in cost to produce a 20" forged wheel vs. a 21" forged wheel is negligible as well, but the additional cost is thousands of dollars for the buyer.

^^^^FYI - The 20" forged wheels came polished from 2018 to 2020 in 2021 and 2022 they came dark Graphite. They are not available in MY2023. My 2018 came with the forged 20s and I had a helluva time selling them complete with RFTs. I finally got rid of them for $500 to an LS owner. In my experience, the handling much improved when I went to 21s, though I did upsize width and go with Non RFTs and wider wheels.

Good info, thanks. I definitely think the RFT to non-RFTs had more to do with any performance improvement than the wheels. It's likely I'll just end up buying a set of 20s, but if someone happens to be close and wants to make the trade, I'm open to it.

The 21inch wheels look the best IMO. I wouldn't go smaller.

Have to agree with this 100%.

It's all about proportions.

I am changing the wheels so there's really no use in making a discussion about it. I wouldn't be caught dead in a white car with black wheels, but your choice is yours, and my choice is mine.

The trade is attractive for a good number of owners out there which means I should be able to get it done. That is the point.

that makes zero sense to me and the 21s are an upgrade IMO. Why dont you add a giant aero wing while you are at it go FULL rice -mode!
