Has anyone experienced problems after Carplay was installed on an '18? What were the problems, and did Lexus corporate have to supply a more updated version?

I am buting my car and the dealer was having some issues after initial installation. They said that Lexus will provide an "updated version." I did't get into the type of problems they were having. Once thses issues are fixed, do owners typically not have any further issues?
