So I’m in the market for the 2023 model year. I’ve been waiting for a few months hoping that they would at least update the infotainment system. I got a glimpse of the “confidential” document at the local dealer today and found that the 2023 model year is a carry-over model year with only the following changes:
1. you can get lsd, rear sport suspension and a few other things that comes with the sport package on bespoke build now(weird they didn’t offer this in 2022)

2. Now you can get orange interior with black/white exterior

that’s basically it.
oh well, I guess Lexus has given up updating LC before ending its production I guess.

its such a low volume car, i didnt think they would make any further changes. Pretty sure it'll be dead by next year, or the year after.

I'm surprised they are still selling this car into 2023 to be honest.

A person wanting a black LC500 might have something to look forward to though, I think it would look fabulous with that new orange interior option

I'm guess i might miss the boat. my local dealer had Infared '22, I drove it and almost went home with it. (Pics later in another thread i will start). I didn't particulary liked how the '22 I drove was optioned. I'm thinking about ordering one spec'd out exactly how I want her, right now i'm comtemplating on Flare Yellow or Cadium Orange but If I wait to long, i miss the entire boat.

I was looking on Autotrader.com for the fun of it and why is there over 200 used LC500's on the market?? Thats a lot for such a "Rare" car..!!??

go ahead and order exactly what you want; thats what i did; and you're gonna end up with a totally unique car, maybe one outa 40 on earth ?
go for it .... that cadmium orange is outrageous; if you get the orange interior too whew, i gotta stop on by ... !

The most beautiful interior I have ever sat in was a RR Cullinan with factory orange leather....I want one so badly.

Lexus completely bungled this orange interior that reminds me of nothing except a jack-o-lantern....

Sad, because orange is one of my favorite colors and the main theme in my home and I would love to have a car with an orange interior.

comparing an LC500 with a RR Cullinan is a bit pointless.

I can't find the photo but the shade of orange in the RR was just mesmerizing. And it was the MAIN color.....not just accents.

Thank you!

First house I have ever owned.

I had it built in 2020 and picked out everything myself. Then I bought my LC.

Over 6 years of production? That's probably about right. I recommend AutoTempest though.
