let me guess, you have a convertible? Right? And that noice is only when the top is up. There is an open conversation going on about ticking/knocking sound for convertibles, but we don’t have a clue yet from where it is exactly coming. There is some concerns areas like under back seat subframe or top compartment storage area has one component which makes car more rigid, so those bolts might be not tighten properly.
my car makes those noises only at low speed above 60 degrees outside usually when I make a turn and sometimes when car flexes over speed bumps.

No, I have the coup with the glass roof.

Just a quick update. Dealer called and said they narrowed the noise coming from the glass roof. Ill provide another update once I get car back to see if the noise is completely gone.
