Got my car back is week, after getting it wrapped "Carmine Red" and blacking out the chrome. Ive got about a 4-6 week wait left for my artisan carbon kit and currently waiting on color samples for the wheel faces.
Interesting to see a porsche red on our LC! It does look good in this colour though I still like infrared and structural blue the best. The black accents work way better on carmine red than it probably would on those 2 factory colours though

yeah, once the artisan carbon parts come in, It hink it will work a bit better. I feel like the bright red works with the body but adds another level of aggressiveness that requires the car have the carbon parts from Artisan and some wheels to compliment it. The stock wheels dont work very well...to me *shrug*
Ever since I rented a 488 for my wedding, I've been hung up on Ferrari. Since 488 prices are 25-30% higher than they should be, right now, I figured, lets just throw the closest color to that "Ferrari red" that I can, on the car. I know it works with it, I just need to complete the look!
As a fellow wrapper, i like it! although red isnt really my color, i think once you put on the bodykit it'll look amazing. Where did you order your artisian spirits bodykit from? Im thinking of doing the same 3 piece CF.
Are you going with the same wheels? I was initially considering them 3 years ago, but opted not to. I believe those are Rays wheels. Decided on BC Forged instead.

nah, those wheels arent really my style. Ill be getting these https://rohanawheels.com/portfolio/rfg19/ and Im still working on figuring out the color of the faces. The barrels will be polished though.

Very nice wheels. With the dust that the LC brakes cause, they're not gonna be fun to clean....one piece of advice --> before installing them, get the wheels professionally ceramic coated. You won't regret it!
As info, the stock wheels are polished aluminum with black accents...If they were chrome I would like em a whole lot betta.
Even tho a majority of folks think chrome is dated.

Oh I always ceramic coat my wheels!...well, at least my aftermarket ones. The past 3 sets I did it myself. Its really easy, just takes time. The Rohanas will most certainly be a pain in the ***!
