Lots of debate on the ES forum about this and then someone posted pictures of an LC with the same condition. Curious if snyone here has noticed it. Speculation that it's a Japan vs USA build issue but it seems all LCs are built only in Japan?

I’m posting the pictures on here to make it easier for everyone to see the misalignment. The car is a $113,000 brand new InfraRed 2022 Lexus LC500. Here are closeup pictures of the front fender and the front bumper that show the misalignment of the front fender and the front bumper as well as the paint drip. There are also pictures of the rear fender and rear bumper to show you any imperfections there too.

LC owners by nature generally display some OCD tendencies. I myself have been washing and waxing this car for 4 years and if I haven’t noticed by now, I’m fine with it!
I could be wrong about this, but just noticed that if you magnify this picture, it looks like the paint drip that’s underneath the fender was sanded down and touched up. It looks like there’s a small crater where it was touched up. Check it out and let me know.

The question isn't if you've noticed it but rather is it there?
Guess this is something that only happens to the red cars….The color is so hot, temporarily blinds the robot and makes it more difficult for the lasers to see.
