ronkelley when you're on a long drive, typically cruising you won't have any roar unless you floor it.
also the 10 speed means if in comfort/normal/eco modes the rpms are only around 1600 at 80mph.
i recently took a road trip (4hrs each way) and the engine was fine, but there's quite a lot of road noise on poor surfaces from the runflats. Ymmv.
