I bought my 2018 smoky granite back in February from Sewell. 12,000 miles. Fully loaded minus performance pack. 74k.
They had a 2019 caviar with the performance pack with 23k miles for 80k I believe.
sometimes I feel I made the wrong decision bc of the ride improvements after 2018, and not getting the performance pack. If you follow savagegeese on YouTube he mentions the drastic change in ride quality between the 2018 and 2019.
the car does not feel nimble, not that I thought it would, but I can tell with vgrs and rear steer it would probably give the car just enough of a bump
in handling and shrinking the car that it would have been worth it. I also own an Alfa giulia qv, an s2000, and a mk7 gti. So plenty of sport when needed, but the Lc is just the cream of the crop.
that being said I’ve blacked out all the chrome and my god does the car look sexy. It’s an amazing car even without the performance pack etc. I drove it from south Texas to seattle and back through Colorado, Yellowstone, Montana, Idaho, Washington, Oregon, Cali and back. Was supremely comfortable, capable and just a beast of a grand tourer.
Ive had soooo many compliments from random people, kids calling it the batmobile.
just an amazing all around car. You won’t regret whichever you purchase.
I bought my '18 LC500 this May...Caviar/black interior with all options except PP...it can with the sport package though....29K miles got $64.9K. Bought it from a Mercedes dealer
Another Lexus dealer was selling same mileage with ALL options for $73K and it was Certified....I'm so glad I bought the one for $64.9K and saved almost $8K...

hard to know what you could have negotiated the 73K down to, plus isn't the certified worth something? (extra warranty, coming from lexus dealer, etc.) while everyone's financial situation's different, 8k wouldn't stop me from getting a fully loaded certified one.
as long as you're happy with your deal that's all that matters.
I paid 77k....I checked the market as well and that is what these cars are going for. Below 70k doesn't exist in this area. Love the car and its soo freaking cool! I am getting the ceramic wax next week.
BTW I am averaging 12.6 miles per gallon right now.. hehehe Manual mode is the best.
