ah, i'm guessing you don't have a 2021 LC. since i'm an android phone user, that's one reason i decided to shell out for a new a '21. so hopefully the wireless adapter will work for the '21s at least.

We will look back at these early landmark days as the connected world assimilates our vehicles, our lives.

I’m lovin’ wireless, instant on Carplay. Sure hoping this move to Andriod Auto goes well for you.

Received my unit yesterday. Installed the software and connected with relatively little pain. Works great. Added to my wifes' phone (we both have S20's) and it works there too. Only issue is the last phone paired with AA on the car is the one that is active. That isn't selectable. Not sure what if any issues that causes, except that if I have mine on the charging pad and hers is the connected unit, it'll drain faster. Will have to keep an eye on that.

Takes about 20 seconds or so for the RX to load AA. Not too much longer than the cable connection. Pretty happy with it so far. I had several cases where the cable needed to be pulled and re-connected as AA had disconnected for some reason from the phone. Hopefully this won't happen with the dongle. So far it hasn't, but haven't used it for more than a few short trips to date.

Yup, same as mine.

i do find sometimes (mainly on my hyundai suv which i drive most of the time), it connects and then isn't 'working' so i have to unplug/replug, then it's gtg. No biggie.

In the LC, i actually don't bother using this wireless dongle much, a) because i've probably left it in the suv (although i have a second on order) and b) because i have a really short usb cable that i just plug the phone into and store it in the center storage compartment and i'm fine with that, especially since the car doesn't hve a wireless charger either!

that's a great idea, but what i did was the following: I took an old Android phone I had laying around. Restored it to factory, removed all the notifications, installed Waze and Spotify only. Setup the wifi to pick my Hotspot off of my current phone. Plugged it into the USB under the armrest and left it there.

So now every time i hop into the car, all i have to do is turn on Wifi Hotspot and the phone picks it up and I'm good.

(I download all the all the spotify music on the phone at the highest quality, and lefft it in the armrest so it doesn't use much data aside from Waze).

Are you selling your AAWireless adapter by any chance? I'd be happy to buy it from you if you are.
