i fully expect this supplier to get back to me in the morning. It’s 3 am in Bulgaria now. Let’s see how he handles this error.

Received a reply from my supplier in Bulgaria. He admits it was a screw up that caused two driver side mirrors that were shipped. He is checking to see if he has a passenger side in stock. If not one will have to be made which takes another week or so. He will ship at his cost and refund me for return shipping fees on the extra left mirror assembly.
He then called my cell from Bulgaria and we talked over phone. I expect it to get resolved but it may take some time. Very frustrating. Obviously they need to check shipments before they go out in the future.
mistakes happen... what's important is how someone or some organization handles it. sounds like the supplier is trying hard to do the right thing now, which is great.

Nothing has been worked out yet. Tomorrow I’ll find out if a right side mirror assembly is available, otherwise I’ll have to wait for one to be made.
At at least I know he has admitted to the mistake and is willing to fix the problem.
Very difficult to put two drivers side mirrors on one car.

My supplier called this morning to let me know he shipped the right side mirror and it should arrive from Bulgaria on Friday. He wants me to return the extra left side mirror after install is complete.
Once installed I’ll send pics. I never thought this thread would be so long and involved. But it’s great to know I’m dealing with a reputable supplier.
I was finally able to install my carbon fiber mirrors that I purchased from a supplier in Bulgaria. Shipment took 5 days to Chicago. They match the roof perfectly.

i ordered these through eBay from “Spas” at tuningstarltd. He operates out of Varna Bulgaria, and has ads up now for other Lexus models but only puts an ad up when he has the covers made and available for sale. He is making another set now so contact him. With shipping and taxes , the costs approach $1,000 a set .
i can tell you he is reputable with his dealings with me . Once available and shipped they take 5 days to arrive.
