I had the same thing happen to my brand new LX, the swirls weren't that bad but were there. Paint correction 600$ later Made it perfect better than when I bought it. Unfortunately this is very common and noticeable in darker colors especially black. As people above mention that, the detailers in the dealership are horrible... and most likely the cause. They use this giant buffer with hard compounds next thing you know you have swirl and burn marks in your paint.
if I was you I would just ask for a better deal, taking little clear coat out does not hurt(very good detail shop), I don't think any car clear coat is perfect unless they wrap up the whole car just after painting from factory.
