Why bother you could have bought a white one, but it looks like you've got money to burn, enjoy.

1) It's satin, not gloss like the stock white
2) It protects the paint and all surfaces of the car
3) No need to be a b***h.

Ha! You got me. They’re going to be gloss black. I saw a set on eBay for sale for like $2400 and they looked surprisingly good. I like the shape of the stock wheels just not the chrome part. I’ll post pics when it’s done. Now to just decide on winter wheels and tires. I can’t decide between a $2,000 set of mounted tires and rims from Tire Rack, buying a set of the stock 20” wheels from the base model and tossing on a set of Pirelli scorpions or going with the set of Konig Oversteer 20” rims with Nokian Hakkapellitas from discount tire.

I have seen gloss black wheels on red/white lc500, and it is great.

Looks good! Is it hard to clean the wrap?

I like how the satin finish falls between full gloss and matte. Subdued, but imaginative.

I was thinking about having my LFA wrapped. Does it really look as nice as your car does including all the intricate details? What did you pay for your wrap? I have heard anywhere from 2400 to 5000

I paid $7,000 and got a full body satin wrap, total trim blackout, paint protection film on all stock black surfaces and headlights, full ceramic window tint and custom black powder coating of my exhaust tips. The work is beyond impeccable. The people at the shop were amazing, had me come in at various steps to decide what minor changes I wanted and will be taking it back in another week for a full inspection to make sure everything is still perfect.

Like it. The contours suit the car, the color suits your project. The high gloss brings out the sarin gloss of the wrap . Enjoy!

Edit: those solid rotors sure look right with this car.

Looks good. I didn't know Lexus was also using the Bridgestone S-001L as an OEM tire. How's it working for you?

Upon further investigation, it seems Bridgestone is building these for the LC500 and the OEM sizes 245/40/21 and 275/35/21 are the only sizes this tire is available in.

Lou
