Prospective owner looking for input on ride smoothness
Lease on my Mercedes is ending in December and I'm looking to get into a used 2019 LC500. Previously I traded in my 2018 Camaro 2ss for the Mercedes as the ride was way to harsh for daily driving(Which the LC500 will be).
Do you guys think the LC500 will be smoother than my old Camaro?

Sure
The ride and aggressiveness on the LC is adjustable:

DRIVE MODE SELECT
Inspired by the LFA supercar, controls are positioned on the outer instrument panel for seamless operation and our most engaging Drive Mode Select yet. For a higher level of responsiveness, Sport S+ mode modifies the Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS), featuring dampers that are continuously variable through 650 levels—an increase of 641 from the previous system. Sport S mode alters the powertrain for a more dynamic throttle response. Comfort mode adjusts the AVS to reduce the feel of uneven road surfaces and balances throttle response and fuel efficiency. ECO mode moderates multiple settings for enhanced fuel efficiency. Custom mode enables you to create a unique profile of a combination of drive mode settings for a more personalized driving experience.

The LC is adjustable as stated above. I've driven the Camaro and it rides like a truck compared to the LC. There is a slight trade off in smoothness when you opt for the 21" run-flats but worth it in my opinion.
Definitely a quantum leap coming up the the LC.

Much quieter. Less noise and vibration from within and out. LC 500 on Sport+ about like Sport with the Vette. Nothing with the LC like Track mode.
LC more precise and lux feeling and quality. ML sound system far better than the Bose.

My personal opinion is that even for the sport+ mode, the downshift is still not as aggressive as I thought. A light gas pedal = 2000rpm at some shift, I really do not like the transmission logic. I expect it to downshift and remain more than 3k rpm all the time. I am having a 2018 LC, perhaps 2019 LC is a different one?

I came from the BMW 650. The LC is a smoother ride. The driving modes do make a difference in the feel of the car. Shifting is much smother. Downshifting doesn't have a much engine braking until you are down to third and second gear. Ive got the performance package and the turning radius is much smaller than the 650.

I cruise in the Texas interstate at 100 mph for hours driving between San Anton and Houston and if feels very nice. Also, you can program your own combinations of suspension and transmission shifting. I have not tried this so I would appreciate others chiming in on this.
The Active Rear Steering option is what I find very cool. The car really hugs the curves like nothing I have seen before. I really love this option. But I believe its bundled with the Performance package.
Ditch the run flat tires if you want the best ride possible. I did the Michelin Pilot Sport 4S sneakers and it transformed my LC Performance Pack into a quiet and confident luxury cruiser, except for those occasional moments when I dial it up to Sport+ and drop my lead boot on the loud pedal.
