Out of nowhere, the yellow lines (the ones that will move when turning my steering wheel while backing up) have disappeared. The static blue lines are still there. Has anybody has this issue? Is there a setting that I can change to bring this back?
easy fix: put the car into reverse mode. While the backup camera image is on, push down the mouse pad to choose whether you want trajectory lines (both blue and yellow lines as you mentioned - you can have both, none or just one).

I’ve actually done that. I’ve gone through every option in regards to tapping the trackpad. I’ve not been an able to get the yellow dynamic lines back.
Put the car in reverse, turn the wheel all the way to the left and hold for 2-3 seconds, turn the wheel all the way to the right and hold for 2-3 seconds.Return the wheel to center. Your lines should come back.

Still not coming back. I am not sure what the deal is. I guess I will just take it to the dealer and let them look at it.

One possible suggestion that commonly worked for Corvettes is to disconnect the battery for 10 minutes then connect and let the onboard computers reboot. Sometimes that cures gremlins like this.

Your sequence of photos show the lower left icon pattern perfectly, each icon shown displays the next screen
that should come up when pressed. The initialization function of turning lock to lock is usually only needed once
when the car is new. Another approach you might consider is marginally more severe than the 10 minute battery
disconnect, go into the menu and "Delete Personal Data". Intended for use when you sell/trade the car it will remove
absolutely everything, phone pairing/call logs/destinations/Lexus App Suite...everything. Then try the guide line
initialization with the side to side steering. Be sure to pause a couple of seconds at each extreme steering angle.
You will have to repair the phone and re-enter important and frequent destinations. Service reminders and Dealer
information will also be wiped out.
I have a 16 RX350 and while searching for threads on my issue, this one came up.
In picture number two and three, what is that short blue line in the middle? I notice mine has it on it now as well, and unless I've completely blanked on the last 3 years I've owned this vehicle, I do not recall ever seeing it before.

Did you ever fix this issue? I know it’s been a year ago but I’m having the same issue with my 2020 ES350 after my battery died.
