Yup - the battery, relays, and fuses live in that forward compartment. The only "tool" LCs come with is a screwdriver. WooHoo! Vehicles with wheel locks will find the lock key in there too. I store an umbrella and a flashlight in there.

Yes, I always found it interesting that there are no jacks, tire irons, etc., but there is a single screw driver. Some of my previous cars, like my old Ferrari had a tool kit, but his is no kit, just a single screw driver. Is it magic? What is its purpose?

That's Lexus' way of telling you - if you get a flat, you're screwed.

Speaking of jacks, would anyone here know where the car jack point would be on the underside of the LC? Pictures? Diagrams? Video? Anything would be very much appreciated. THANKS!

The best reference and image you will find is in the manuals that came with your car. Apparently they needed to shave the weight of the jack to compensate for the 20lbs of paperback in your glove box. lol.
Triple A also has a pretty good Towing and Road Service Guide for the 18 LC500(h) that goes over all that including the lift points... AAA LC500(h) Towing and Road Service Guide
Funny thing is they have an LFA for the first picture and an LC500h for the second but I imagine they are pretty close underneath for points.

Default OEM trunk tools

I know it’s been discussed before, but exactly what tools go in the trunk? I’ve ordered all the tools listed for the LC and filled in the appropriate spaces, but there is one space that remains empty. I have no idea what goes there. Any ideas?

Good question. Maybe an air gauge??? The open space to the right is for a wheel lock key. Just curious - what will you use the tools for? Unless you're carrying a spare wheel/tire, it seems unlikely one would ever use these on the road, right?

OCD... knowing I had those empty spaces drove me crazy.

LOL - I get it! I almost did the same thing just for the sake of completeness. In the end, I decided she didn't need the extra weight.

I store a mini-umbrella and a flashlight in the space where the jack is.

I used to care about weight savings, but then I realized that I am never going to be able to make my LC a speed demon. So what is a few more extra pounds going to hurt?

It looks like that spot was made for an umbrella! Perfect fit!

Default Tire Jack and accessories

I recently purchased a 2022 LC 500 convertible. I took it home and found out, there is no tire change accessories except a screw driver and wheel lock.

I contacted my salesman about this and he said it does not come with it and it is an optional purchase even though there are indentation in the trunk for those items.

Does your LC 500 comes with the tire change kit including the wrench and jack? That’s all I got in the trunk. And what year is your car?

Thank you!

2021 'vert. That's all you get because the car come OEM with run-flat tires.
