I think that's a realistic time frame, and I hope we see something north of 600 hp, which seems totally possible.

Most speculation seems to be a variant on the LS's 3.5L TT V6. Makes sense to me since that seems to be the trend. The NSX also uses a 3.5L V6. In order to keep the weight distribution centered around the driver, which I believe is a significant goal with the LC, they won't want to add too much weight up front. A smaller displacement engine with turbos (or a supercharger), along with other weight-reduction measures (i.e. more carbon fiber), should get the performance numbers into worthy supercar range without compromising the impressive CG or weight distribution.

No they have not. Spoke to Bull personally as well as David (sales rep) when they installed my refinished wheels last Thursday. First on what list? So you have a deposit with Earnhardt Lexus for an alleged model that is simply speculated to come out? Okay SMH

POSTED OCTOBER 27, 2015 HERE >>> This was alleged to be the LC-F prototype and all in all two years later was simply the NA LC500 5.0V8 we have now. Some of these so called spy shots of the LC were from 2015-2016 of the LC500 which we already have now. Just stop please. Until one actually comes out I think this thread is pointless to debate. Mods, lock it up please and thank you!

Where in that article is this "alleged to be the LC-F prototype"? It clearly states it's the LF-LC, which was the prototype of the LC500.

Yeah? Let's meet there and we'll talk to my friend Bull. Let me know when. Or ask Bull whether Cody's getting the first LC-F that comes in. And a deposit? Fella, they don't ask me for a deposit.

Ziet, let's talk man...!!! Why are you soooo against an LCF?!?! You'll be fine man! People will still like your LC500 bro! If not, sell it and put up another $70k-$100k and get the LCF! Simple man!
Believe it or not, the LCF IS COMING!! My guess is fall 2021 as a 2022 model. And will be 4.0L ttv6 or may be a supercharged versove of the current 5.0. just hard to imagine it going to the 3.5 v6 TT....but we will know in less than a year.

Yeah, you can clearly see in the picture with the bigger fender flares, big intake ducts with intercoolers behind as well as wider back end with wider track. 100% it is an LCF mule.

and the signature stacked exhaust tips

I hope they give it some wider hips too to go with the bigger front fenders

Yes you're right. I glanced quickly at the link's title and shared for mere reference to make my point that many have been re-posting old spy shots and claiming it was an LC-F prototype when in fact it was the old shots of the LF-LC concept being tested for production.

I'm not against the LC-F it would be great if it came out the same time as the current model LC500s last year. I would have had a choice and not be stuck taking a $25-$40K depreciation hit on a lower end model that is under powered. More importantly it takes away the exclusivity that the LC500 has right now if a higher horsepower and better performing model is released in such a short time of the previous model. I'm not sure why anyone here has not grasped this yet. Like I stated look what happened to all those McLaren owners who bought the MP4 12-C when it came out. These owners dropped $300K and the 12C's prices plummeted by $100K+ within a year when the 650S came out. You can buy a used 12C for like $130K now or less. $170K hit is serious. Same will happen with the LC500 if an LC-F comes out in the next 1-2 years. Guaranteed!
