Not sure. I'll check.

This is what the manual implies, but I was told it can't be done if you have an auto mirror switch inside the vehicle. I suspect everyone does, but maybe it only comes with certain packages. Hilariously, I was able to listen to my dashcam audio of the Lexus mechanic trying to figure out this setting. He was confused too.

haha, makes you wonder if they even knew that was a dashcam.. also reminded me i need to nab one off Amazon now that i have my LC. not to get too off topic but can you say which one you are using, legitimately curious

having had mine a little under a week i've come to realize my concerns were somewhat unwarranted. turns out you can fold in the side mirrors anytime you want. and just to be clear, by fold in i mean having the entire side mirror fold physically fold down (thanks @BoBBass for helping to clear that up). i do this whenever i park, whether it be the garage or in a parking lot. i saw a movie the other night and while entering my garage i realized i hadn't unfolded the mirrors when leaving the theatre parking lot! i'm not sure if this comes standard or not, i do have the performance/convenience package

There is an android and IOS app called Carista that works through bluetooth OBD reader to adjust customized vehicle settings. I used is to get rid of the "PRIUS" reverse signal beep and a few other things on my LC.

I do the “5x blink” setting on all my Toyota/Lexus. It’s the most annoying thing to put on your blinker, check your blind spot, and then your blinker stops as soon as you start to move over, haha!
