Whenever I try to operate the nav by voice command, I get the following error message: „Navigation not ready, please wait“ (waiting doesn’t help btw). Finding a destination using the keyboard works just fine, as does managing phone calls by voice command. Software is up to date as well.

What could be the cause of this problem?
