It is being built and will be on the way to the dealer.
Possibly available for anyone still looking for a new one.

 

Had an older gentleman asking about my LC yesterday. He indicated he's been wanting one (don't most?) and wants to get rid of his older Corvette. Informed him good luck since this is the last year of the LC. He seemed very surprised about it being discontinued, which for us on the forum it's well known. But maybe for the general public not enough has been said with marketing and the media about what Lexus will no longer be producing.

 

I think Corvette prices are in the toilet now.(except for a few).

 

I agree with you regarding C8 used car prices right now. Unfortunately, Chevy overbuilt them (~200K+ since 2020) and supply and demand economics are in play. I tried to order a new C8 in 2020 (config price ~$96K) and the local guy here in NC wanted me to pay $10K over sticker to get in line to wait 12-14 months. The same car in excellent shape with low miles is now trading in the $60K - $65K range...

 

Dealer says car is spoken for but that could change.
Confirmed they do sell for MSRP.
