New LC
I've been looking for a while, I should be selfish and not talk about this one until I decide to make an offer, if ever, however you guys are straight up folks, so here goes. New Nori with BLACK, never have seen one before, should obviously be caramel, this was an order, NO heads-up display. touring package and Thant's it. Chrome exterior really looks old school, buyer backed out. Probably could be bought for 7-8 grand less than a truly desirable combo with the appropriate options. Is it a sucker bet, resale wise etc.? msrp around 105k, they still want over sticker, which is out of the question for me.
I posted the ad yesterday on this forum with regard to the 2026 Nori Green coupe with a black interior and touring package. it caught my attention because it’s the first Nori Green LC 500 I’ve seen that doesn’t have the Toasted Caramel interior. It has the optional multi spoke wheels. It looks good.

100% on point. I follow the used car pricing on various brands of upscale GT cars. I can unequivocally say that the Lexus LC 500 is holding its value very well.

No doubt it depends on what a buyer is looking for. The HUD is totally unimportant and unnecessary for me but I understand it can be a must have for someone else. For example, the limited slip differential would be important for me. Some other buyer would say it’s not necessary.

No LC500 is gonna sell for 7-8k under sticker now. Maybe 2 years ago or during covid when everyone was scared but not now.
Getting any LC now even at sticker is a good deal lol.
IMO the HUD is a useless and over priced option. The one I am looking at has it and it's a waste of $$ to me. I'll be turning that thing OFF if possible.

There are a few NGP cars with the black interior out there - saw a Bespoke car with that combo, earlier in the year. Touring package only would dent desirability a touch, but I agree it'll be challenging to get any new LC at below MSRP these days, now that the end is clearly nigh, and the replacement car is uncertain - unlikely to be anything with an NA V8, which let's face it is the LC's USP in its class.
And, YES, you can turn it off.

HUD… it depends.. ..
I think for me, it’s the short throw vs long throw projection and the seating position of the vehicle. On my LC, I don’t mind having it on. In fact, I’ve grown into using it. However, the HUD on the new RX that I drove a couple days as a loaner is really in your face and distracting. What made it worse is that, you have to use the infotainment screen to adjust and turn it off.
I test drove the LX600, and the HUD seems to be projected far and I liked how it looks. But that was a short test drive and I was too concern with something else with that test drive.

It's great it exists for those that like it but definitely not something I'd spec if I could get a bespoke now, and I dont think it would affect sellability of an LC at all tbh.
I'm pretty sure I called on the Nori/Black LC the OP is referring to, and it was spoken for as of a few days ago unless the buyer JUST backed out?
Wow, Nice combo. I looked up that car. It is an 11/25 production date. Very late production car so maybe they are using up the parts bins. I have never seen one without the HUD option. The black touring full leather is also rare with Nori Green. There are a handfull of coupes in inventory across the US right now. Most are Inspiration models. If you like the car, I would grab it. I think production is near the end.
Good luck on your search.
