Default Any owners from Japan here? Running lights

Does anyone know if the turn signals being "on" as running lights is just how it's done in Japan?

I'm pretty sure this not the part to make this work, but it may be a start. I saw this same mod pictured in Tokyo in April earlier this year. https://lexusboutique.net/collection...og-lamp-switch

I've never seen the turning lights used as a DRL on the LC though. This is my first time seeing something like that. I've only seen a Japanese LC once when my friend was over there.

There is a high chance that all drivers switched on the hazard light at the same time for the photo.. Still, zoom in to the yellow car and it does not have the light on (missed by few microseconds?).. So turn signals are not being used as DRLs..

It must be a mod. Several vehicles have it operating as such.

This doesn't prove it because the DRL are off on that car.

Does this do the same thing? Shipping to US is available with an Amazon.co.jp account.
