Default LC500 back pain

Any one has back pain issues with sport seat? I take the 1st longer trip today about 300 miles round trip, during trip back midway, I feel so pain and have to stop. I usually having same issue with ES but don’t have any problem with RX, also no issues with Accord /model Y drive daily too.

I tried adjust lumbar support to pushing back more but still hurt. Anyone has recommendations for seat adjustment? I’m about 150 lbs, 5’7.

It could be that your knees are too straight while seated and the seat back leaning to far back or to forwards and putting too much strain at your lower back. Perhaps raise the seat higher with the front end slightly higher. Then bring the whole seat more forward and recline the seat back slightly so that there is a slight angle at the knee when you fully depress the brake peddle and adjust the steering wheel so that your wrists rest comfortably at the top of the steering wheel when your arms are fully extended..

Yeah. At 5’8”, I don’t have a lot of room to move the seat up.

I would imagine that 5’8” is pretty much an ideal height to drive this car - my only gripe, being a few inches taller than that, is that the wheel could usefully come out another inch.

Definitely do try fiddling with the backrest angle. I just knocked off 200+ miles in 3 hours or so, this evening, in total comfort.

I get back pains on some cars too, such as the BMW Z4. I also have some back pains with the lc500, but not always. It's not the most ideal seats for me for sure. I found porsche 18-way seats to hug and support me really well.
