Dynamic handling
First...thanks for the replies to my first post here.
I've been on the Lexus site a few times and playing with the builds. A few things that might deal breakers for me. Sports seats with Alcantara inserts. My main question is how is critical dynamic handling package, I have no intention of doing anything remotely track related. In addition, I have always had black cars and anything now that is to dark is out. Also, I do like wind color which seems to only come in convertible build, and I do not care for 5 spoke wheels. My color choices are wind, iridium or nori, with the full leather, black or caramel. Non-sport seats. Are the inserts on non-sport seats leather? Obviously nori with caramel is a stunner, anyone seen iridium with caramel?

Not sure that the DHP would do all that much at full track speed anyway - the opposing steering effect on the rear wheels only happens at reasonably low speeds, as far as I can tell - I’m sure someone here will be able to quote the exact speed limit for the active rear steering.
If you really cannot handle the prospect of alcantara on the seats (why?), you can of course go for the semi-aniline leather option. If you go Bespoke, you could have that and still have the carbon roof and scuff plates, and the torsen diff, if you care about those.
The Wind paint is only on the 2026 Inspiration Series convertibles. The fact that you started out mentioning the DHP makes me think you’re after a coupe?

I’ve read many comments fromLC 500 owners and this has led me to conclude the following.
1 There seems to be overwhelming happiness and satisfaction with those who have the DHP/ Performance package.Remorse is quite rare or nonexistent.
2 Those who have the Alcantera sports seats seem quite happy with their choice in terms of comfort, appearance and durability. Dissatisfaction appears to be very rare.
For all leather seats one could have the touring package or choose the Bespoke pathway.

Over the Jul 4th weekend, I had to avoid debris (blown out tire parts, some are so big) on the road in GA and SC on I-95 many times, especially while following a truck / semi, and I had to react very quickly. The LC handled the maneuver so well that I don't think I would have been able to do so with my other vehicle even if I tried to. Mine is a coupe with DHP and Alcantara seats.

Curb to Curb shows 17.7 (ft) then 17.4 (ft) w/ Active Rear Steering.
This is about 1.7 % or so, which seems rather small, and now I am wondering if we are just getting a placebo effect or not.
As for background, I don't own an LC and thinking about getting a 26 model coupe.
I want chrome delete with rear steering and that's the conundrum I've been working on.. Well, till they announced the Inspiration series over the weekend.
Now which comes with a wing that I don't necessarily want/need but maybe something I am OK with.

Admittedly those are not drastic differences but experienced reviewers such as Savage geese who’ve driven DHP vs non-DHP said there’s a distinct feel/difference between them.

The black chrome alternative for shiny chrome is an equally great aesthetic depending upon one’s taste and objective. I don’t believe that is a labor intensive job at all. It you’re not comfortable with doing it, having someone do this wouldn’t be difficult to find.

I drove both LC500 with DHP and Bespoke build back to back on Sonoma raceway during performance school because I want to see what is different. I don’t feel much difference at all, and sometimes feel artificial with DHP. I feel more stable at turn with Bespoke car, then I asked instructor about rear wheel steering, he said it maybe help if you push car to max limit and it is more like to help in parking lot.
But I still bought car with DHP because I wanted those options.
