Looks good. You know, the front looks fine without the lip that got damaged. It gives it that rocket ship look the LC is known for. And there’s less worry about scraping the front
np, I'll second this ++. But I stand back admiring your remarkable mod'ed LC and end-result to date. Possibly unique on the planet.
I agree. It does look just fine even without a lip but in my haste I purchased this one almost immediately lol so might as well use it.
Either way this will be the last lip that goes on the car whatever fate it may suffer
Would you share desire and why on the PPE EL Headers? Thinking EL= Extra-Length but could not locate on PPE site to research. This is a curiosity question from someone whose knowledge extends not far from the difference between Philips-head and Flat-head. I know back-pressure and horsepower increase are involved, but curious to know to benefits you anticipate in 2026. I'm so happy stock, but new horizons are fun to explore.

EL is equal length vs. unequal length.
To my knowledge PPE is the only mfr that makes headers for our vehicle. I think novel makes some also but only for right hand drive application, so useless for us stateside.
The headers really will just help aid in the flow of exhaust gasses out of the manifold, and increase the sound of the vehicle. It's not much gain on its own, would be more effective coupled with a tune to optimize the better airflow (perhaps one day in the future), but it's not nothing. RR Racing claims increase of 30whp on the 2UR engine with no tune, up to 45 with a tune.
I have had PPE EL Headers coupled with the PPE Dual-Mode exhaust on my LC since August of 2019. When I had my ISF, I had both UEL and EL Headers along with the DM Exhaust. The UEL Headers have more of a lumpy idle and have significant drone. In the LC, the EL headers and DM Exhaust produce no added in-cabin sound. There is an increase in power
I'm about to place an order for a 26 Bespoke build. Getting the rear to look like yours is the end game. That is absolutely spot on. I see the Armytrix exhaust listed in your mods but that looks like an aftermarket bumper/diffuser?
Also, when you installed the springs, how much of a hit did the ride take? My 2024 M3 Competition w/MP suspension feels like i'm driving a go-kart around town. Insane power/performance but the ride is brutal.
The M3 is fun, but harsh. I think the LC will hit the sweet spot of power/comfort/luxury.
The mods I will likely get are; Swap out for quad-exhaust/tips like yours, lowering springs (if the ride doesn't brick out), and wider wheels/tires.
Again, your build is amazing.

Thank you!
The diffuser is indeed aftermarket, it is the artisan spirits style diffuser that has this shape and design. To me it complements the large quad exhaust perfectly because it provides an aggressive look to the rear to match the exhaust.
I lowered on Tein springs and the ride is still very comfortable. I think if I upsized to 22" rims with the lowered suspension I would feel quite a bit more. But even then, compared M4 I think it would still be fairly plush.
As it stands staying on 21s just wider, the ride feels very OEM. In fact switching from Michelin PSS5 to PS4S resulted in a more noticeable ride change than did the lowering, to me anyway. Definitely does not feel bricked out. My GS350 ride was significantly compromised by lowering plus upsizing to rubber bands on 20s, so I definitely know what that feels like.
^^^^When you changed from the PSS5 to the PS4S, you also changed from an SL rated tire to one rated XL. For some reason unknown to me, Lexus specs their OEM tires as SL, where other manufacturers of performance vehicles specify an XL tire I too, am on PS4S Michelins
Quick photo dump from this summer. Only new addition is the orange accent on the rear diffuser fins and new license plate.
I am going to put a light smoke film over the turn signal bulbs front + back as well. Saw it recently on an LC and it looks really good cutting out some of the "white" of the current bulb look when off, especially in the rear against the dark chrome trim pieces. Signals were still super bright when lit, so I am going for it.
OEM Black Chrome Katanas are on their way also!
Smoked turn signals, front and rear emblem, 3rd brake light, and rear reflectors. All lights and reflectors still functional and plenty bright, but now a bit more understated when not illuminated. first pic is a before/after of the rear to highlight the change.
I also received and installed the OEM black chrome katanas to match the rest of the trim
