Default 2022 Inspiration Series LSD and Red top ?s

Looking for some help regarding the following:
- I tried searching and I am finding conflicting answers if a 2022 Insp. Convertible will has a LSD as part of the Insp. package or can it be added into the build when it was ordered new or if LSD was NOT an option at all.
Can anyone help with this?

- Also, anyone that owns the Convertible with Red top, how's it holding up to use, dirt, stains, etc?
Any special treatments or cleaning necessary for the Red?
Thank you!

I have a 2021 liquid platinum LC with the desert rose top and red interior. Really makes the car pop. The original owner replaced the black top, not sure why but I bought it from the dealer that sold and serviced the car and the car was not in an accident and they think the owner just wanted to change it out Car is certified and history looks clean. In any case, the contrasting top was one reason I bought the car. So far it's been great, no harder to keep clean than a black top, IMHO.

Can't help with the inspiration series questions, but the red top looks awesome. I've only had it a day now.

I found the window sticker. I do not see any mention of LSD at all.
I does list "Performance Damper" under the Insp. Series section but nothing on the LSD.

On other non-Insp. series Convertibles I've seen the LSD and Perf. Damper as 1 package.
Still confused...

I couldn't find a definitive answer for the Inspiration Series. A couple of sites state it does have it. I think if you email corporate they'll tell you for sure.

*sigh* Lexus of Greenville did not give me the Red Bow Presentation when I picked mine up last August. Consider yourself privileged!

See the Product Spec section, lists it as a Factory Option. https://pressroom.lexus.com/vehicle/...c-convertible/

Someone was running an Allocation spreadsheet at one time, you may be able to look up the VIN and see the options. This one is pretty old;

Thanks 2959.
I checked that sheet, the VIN does not show up unfortunately.
Also regarding the Lexus Prod Sheet: It says that the LSD is an option for the Convertible.
I have seen other non-inspiration series where there is the LSD/Damper option documented like this:

The 2022 Inspiration Series Convertibles I have found, has not had that option listed. I have checked at least 3 and all did not have that option.
However, in the Insp. Series option bundle, you will see they list out the Damper... Nothing on the LSD.
See here >>>

That is my dilemma. I am starting to think that the Insp series is the same as the Bespoke as you are not allowed to add the LSD option. Why I still don't understand, makes no sense to me at all.

I emailed Lexus online and I am waiting for a response. Was hoping someone here already had a definitive answer.
Thanks!

Bespoke package includes LSD and Yamaha performance damper (and high performance brake pads)

Yea, it does seem confusing. My 2023 (regular convertible) Spec was listed like this;

TORSEN® LIMITED-SLIP REAR DIFFERENTIAL AND YAMAHA® REAR PERFORMANCE DAMPER FIO $460.00

Hope you get a timely response from Lexus.

Ok I thought I read on here multiple times it was not.
I remember reading some choose not to go Bespoke because they could not get the LSD...
If that is the case than hopefully Lexus would include the LSD standard with the Inspiration Series.
Still waiting for their reponse.

You’re mistaking with Dynamic Handling Package(DHP) which includes VGRS(variable gear-ratio steering) and RWS(rear wheel steering) that you cannot get without DHP.
DHP also includes carbon fiber roof, carbon fiber scuff plates, speed activated rear wing which you can get in individual options as bespoke.

I have no idea what inspiration series include or not since I’m more interested in the Bespoke build.
