They are all base model then optioned with packages. The only non base models are the inspiration series

Colloquially you might hear people refer to sport package/dynamic handling package, touring package, or bespoke package

The Area offices order in basic configurations. I just ordered a coupe and they are about three ways:

Some are loaded, some are Sport pkg and some are touring pkg

1.) The Loaded cars have the carbon roof, rear wheel steering, and the power rear air wing. They are priced around that $110k range
2.) The next build (and I think most common coupe) is the Sport package. They have glass or carbon roofs, no handling pkg (rear wheel steer and wing) with alcantera seats they are priced in the $106 to $108 range
3.) The "base" car seem to be the Touring package as they have full leather seats, glass roofs, and no wing or rear steer feature. My build was just over $103k. I wanted the full leather as I am not a fan of the Alcantera.

Most of these cars have the single adds like Mark Lev, HUD, Wheel upgrade and Torsion diff to get the price up over $100k.

The exception is the Bespoke build in which you spend an extra $3500 or so to be able to mix and match the above options. Like added the wing on a Touring pkg car.

I am not sure about the convertible as I did not research them. I know they all have full leather seats for obvious reasons and the wing and rear steering is not available.

My suggestion is to pick a build that they already order and just tell them the color.

Good luck with your search.

Understood, so much is pure personal preference. If someone wants the nice sport package or DHP it will be alcantara seats by default. It seems that “most” who have these option packages like the seats as well. The sport package in particular seems worthwhile with the inclusion of Torsen differential,Yamaha dampers, upgraded brake pads and wheels.

Definitely personal preference. I've had cars with full leather before but never one with Alcantara in the seats and I quite enjoy it. I like that I don't slide around, and it's easy to maintain and does not heat up in the sun like leather. I just vacuum it once a month and use some ONR if it needs any actual cleaning beyond that, which I've only had to do once when my kid dragged some mud in and it was no problem.

I appreciate your feedback and it is good to know that care and upkeep is low maintenance rather than fussy and demanding. Given that it isn’t available with the convertible model (Increased external elements exposure) I wasn’t quite sure.

Didn't Lexus recently release 2 promo ad videos that showed the LC500? One with Blair Underwood.

Strange they would have made new ads if they are discontinuing.

They did but I have a feeling those were more of a "hey, we're Lexus and we're still here and about to do some new things so stay tuned" and used the LC in order to grab attention and get people to remember Lexus type of ad, rather than a "hey buy this exact vehicle from us" type of ad.
