Default Why such a big gap?

I gotta say, the only thing I don’t like about the LC500 exterior is the big *** gap in the trunk. They couldn’t stretched that out to cover the gap a little more. Don’t you think?

So true. I’m always double checking to see if I closed the trunk completely.

That’s why there’s a button to pop it open.

. . .but take note. . . Take a closer look and see how the trunk gap is the same as other panel gaps as well. All gaps consistent, except for convertible deck cover. Beautifully consistent. . .

No way!!
If my LC500 panel gaps are as big as the gap on the trunk, I’ll wouldn’t have bought it!
The trunk gap is at least 5x bigger.

That is pretty sweet. Esp the soft closed doors.

The LC500 should have included soft close doors. The competition did.

This model shows light coming from the wide gap in the trunk.

If that is true, something is wrong. On my 24' convertible I can't tell a difference in the trunk gap as compared to the A-pillar to fend gap. Nor with the trunk to quarter panel gap. Nor with the soft top cover to quarter panel. Nor with the door gaps. I see no difference and when I run my finger through these gaps it feels exactly the same. (Don't make me get my micrometer out;-) I am not talking about where plastic pieces are; but rather all the panel gaps, including on my trunk, are the same size.
