Unhappy Cleaning Front Seat - Vomit

Vomit soaked into my passenger seat for about 10 minutes as I raced for the house last weekend. I think I need to remove the seat to clean it from the inside out. Has anyone removed one of the front seats or have instructions for removing a front seat of an LC500? I have had the car for less than a month and even though I have cleaned the seat several times soaking it in soapy water and wet-vacuuming it, the smell still lingers. Help, please!

I have a Bissell Spotclean Pet Pro portable carpet cleaner, but it works well in my truck/cars. Using an odor neutralizing solution should work. Diff models on Amazon for about $120-150.

I have decided to take another shot at deep cleaning. I'm using baking soda, soapy water and a powerful wet vacuum and will post results.

Do you have all Leather or Leather and Alcantara seats? IMO, Leather would be easier to clean

I have a couple of dogs; one is an aging blind Chweene who does have accidents on the carpet I have a Hoover spot cleaner (an older version of this):

Using a strong cleaning solution cleans stains and obliterates orders pretty well

This is a time consuming process.......but it's your best shot IMHO.
The seat needs to be removed. Then strip the covering and have it professionally cleaned like at a dry cleaner. The foam under the covering is where the problem is. Hopefully the said foam can be separated from the seat frame without damage. Once that is done, soak in a solution of cleaner/ water rinse and repeat. Simple Green worked well for me/ us. Pressure washing won't help here, the offending matter is soaked into the material.
Side note: I did 'catastrophic detailing' in the late 90's- early 20's. We took any job the insurance companies brought us. Blood, brain matter, vomit, feces....you name it. In many cases we just ordered OEM stuff and back-charged the client.

Off topic, but I promise that if the interior of my vehicle had brain matter splattered in it (obviously not my own or else I wouldn’t care), I’d be fighting the insurance company to total that vehicle. 🤯🤯🤯

I once wasted some gasoline in the back seat of my girlfriend Acura. I was at the dealership and they were telling how they needed to remove the seats etc. This kind lady approached me and said "honey,if you put onions back there, all the gasoline order will be gone in a couple days. She did not tell me how many, so I sliced up 3 onions, put the in a paper plate and behold... in about 3 days the odor was gone. For safe measure I repeated the same steps with new onions for 2 more days. The gas odor never returned.

I rather smell the gasoline than the onions!!
Gasoline will evaporate and the smell will dissipate naturally as well.

I’m still trying to figure out where the OP’s vomit came from! 🤮

As our kids are older, my fear is the wife's tuna sandwich or her bowl of salmon/rice. I've gotten into her vehicle before, it's like the break room microwave after someone cooked fish.

That's the interesting part. Some dude un-alives himself in said vehicle via however means doesn't necessarily justify a 'total'. The family just wants the car gone. Insurance sees said car as money. They bring it to us and we clean it up......real nice. Insurance auctions off car as 'used'.

If it's odor alone try ordering an ozone generator off of Amazon. Ozone will destroy odors well but it also attacks leather, rubber, vinyl, window film.....pretty much anything not metal or glass. Use in short bursts over an extended period if time. Also good for eliminating household odors too.
