Default Anyone else with poor factory wheel paint?

I can definitely tell the po of the car never hand washed and/or properly cared for the wheels. All of the wheels had really dull areas, almost like chems or cleaners sat on it too long.
I decided to polish the wheels to see how bad they actually are and for the most part came out okay other than the rear wheels. A lot of the black paint on those was not applied well and certain areas show a lot of the silver behind. Also sucks that the inside of the wheels are raw, I feel it would look better painted. Anyone else with similar findings? Luckily a major wheel refinisher is right down the street from work so I'm probably going to have them strip and re-coat properly.

Paint is too light on one of the spokes, silver is coming through

Your wheels are factory wheels. But, the all black finish was done in the aftermarket, not by Lexus. I agree, whoever refinished them did a terrible job

An amateur repaint, notice they painted the valve stems and valve stem nuts. When car dealers prep used cars, they sand down the curb scratches and repaint sections of the wheel. I have seen worse wheel repair from my coworkers.

It's awful but the valve stems might actually be black. I bought aftermarket TPMS with black valve stems for my GS, they look just like that.
