Thanks, a Collared Shirt or jacket seems to be an easier fix.
I was looking at a Seat belt extender as that would move the cross over potion more centered like those clips so it was less likely to rub against the neck. However I am not sure which one would fit for the LC500. I would assume seat belt clips on Lexus and Toyota are all standard.
