FYI my bespoke has been at the Jacksonville port since 6/26, still not delivered to my dealership that is 3 hours away by truck. 4-6 weeks is probably a best case scenario estimate. It's a tough wait, good luck!
They bumped my eta to next week. Everytime the truck eta arrives to the last day it gets bumped another 2 days.
This is extremely annoying. Guess we'll see what happens on Monday.
Well monday rolled around and surprise surprise, another 2 day ETA bump. WTF is going on.
The worst part for me is not even the waiting for delivery, it's that I had the PPF appointment set for the 19th based on being able to take delivery by the 14th. Now that is in total jeopardy (I need to let the shop know by tomorrow, so if it ain't on a truck today or tomorrow that will do it) and the shop doesn't have availability for full vehicle PPF again until August 13th. That's gonna be 3 weeks of having the car and wanting to but also not wanting to drive it before being able to get it in for PPF. ughhhhhhhhh
Well monday rolled around and surprise surprise, another 2 day ETA bump. WTF is going on. The dealer refuses to acknowledge that they have any means of getting any updates from port. That can't be true can it? Surely there is some way to obtain more info, sounds like maybe they just don't want to (which I get, then everyone would want detailed updates).
That stinks. Sorry you are going through that major annoyance. I'll most likely be in your shoes in a month. In my situation, I'll be wanting to sell my current car before I take delivery, but not much before, as the LC will be the replacement for my daily driver.

I hope your port experience in Jacksonville fares better than mine! I think the 4th messed me up, especially being a mid-week holiday they probably had lots of workers take an extra long weekend. It probably backed everything up at the processing facility.

I had this same situation last year with my Porsche, it arrived at the port and was held for an unknown reason no one could tell me anything about for what turned out to be 2 months (during which time I gave up on the car and got my LC - definitely happier it worked out this way). I couldn't believe either that they had no way of getting any details or a real ETA but seems like it happens across automakers.

WOW 2 months! Did you just tell the dealer "I'm sick of waiting, refund my deposit?"
That's insane, what could possibly take 2 months besides some kind of damage during transit or at the port that needed repair. I'd be concerned how they care for these things for 2 months, or are cars just sitting with dead batteries until it's time to move them.
I can picture them all out in a big parking lot baking in the sun.
You don't even Want to picture All that could happen at Port Jax. It is the 7th portal to hell.
The worst of the worst Teamster longshoremen are the gate keepers there. There, everything bad you've heard about Teamsters is totally true.
