My LC has been at the port in JAX since 3/28, I am getting concerned it might have been damaged, but the dealer says no as they’d be notified.

My Euro cars are normally in/out of the ports within a few days and to dealer a few days later.

What is the norm for Lexus?

 

Update: Just heard from dealership - Vehicle entering processing today and should be on truck in 1-6 days and at dealer sometime between 4/16-05/02. So the port process will be a solid 3-5 weeks as it arrived on 3/28. This is much longer than what I've experienced with Porsche, BMW, MB, Audi etc.

Fwiw, my local Lamborghini dealer is also saying the port is taking much longer than normal.

Thanks Bruce - Vehicle is thankfully due at dealership tomorrow and will check it out this weekend. Hopefully there will be no top issues as it was produced 1st week of March and the issue should have been addressed at the factory by then. If I buy this one and the 25’s get released in May I’ll be pissed!
