Hi everyone, just picked up an L/Certified 2022 LC 500 Bespoke Edition coupe - so glad to be a part of this community! I was a bit bummed to find out that the dealer didn't have the certificate that came with the vehicle. Does anyone here an idea on how to get in touch with someone at Lexus corporate who might be able to help with getting a reprint?

 

I just picked up my 2024 bespoke yesterday as well. I think the dealers either steal or throw away the certs because I did not get mine either. Seeing as how screwed up the bespoke program is in terms of dealers knowing what they are doing I am not surprised and also not impressed. Hopefully we can go somewhere to reprint so I second your question!

 

Got my bespoke certificate 3-4 months after picking up the car (October '24), so yours should be coming later.

For the OP's '22, far as I know they only ever make one so it's gone.

 

I got my bespoke certificate the same day I picked up my new LC500 last year

 

I just sent a text to the dealership .. They are looking into it.

 

Did it come in the mail? Mine was missing in my LC 500's owners manual folder and is nowhere to be found. Dealer is clueless of course.

 

Japan will send it to the dealer. They should contact you when it comes in. Mine took like 4 months, dealer FedEx it to me after it arrived.

 

Tyvm sir. Hopefully the folks in Miami come through if/when it shows up although I wont hold my breath. Our priorities as enthusiasts are a little more focused than most dealers.

Not yet, trying now. But when I have a task I need to get done I revert back to duty habits, and once I cross that 22-hours awake threshhold its hard to sleep until the next proper sleep window rolls around. Got a bunch of errands done and hoping to nap a little if my brain will let me, lol.

 

My certificate took about 2 months before the dealer received it and called me.
