Default RSR suspension feedback

I'm curious if anyone on here has installed RSR springs or coilovers on their LC? If so, what did you think about the ride quality? Were springs with the factory shocks too soft, were the active coilovers drastically stiffer than the factory suspension in all modes? I'd love to hear feedback from people that have had either or!

Yes we have sold of lot of them. Good feedback especially on the coilovers. They are adjustable so you can stiffen or soften them to your liking.

I'm considering the Tein Springs. It seems odd to me that the RSR springs lower the rear more than the front.

I was one of the people to make a point about this in an earlier thread so I thought I would clarify this a little more

RSR actually makes a bunch of springs for the LC500 in different tiers. In the US, the most popular one seems to be the Super Down springs which do indeed strangely lower the rear more than the front. However, they also make springs that don't do this, such as the Down series (without the Super) that lower the car a little more than the front. The drop on the Down is milder than the Super Down though. The Super Down drops about an inch plus, while the Down drops the rear about a half inch and the front about an inch

I run rhe RSR down springs and honestly the ride is a little bit more firm, but nothing I would consider harsh.

I just installed RSR springs. Haven't put enough miles for them to settle in so haven't gotten the alignment done yet but they do firm up the ride a little bit.

I installed RSR Best i-Active coilovers, and dropped the car just a little but lower than stock since its my daily.

the ride is noticeably 50% more bumpy, 22mm spacers all around is a must otherwise the car will look bad. I only drove the car 3k miles since installed, so if you have any specific questions let me know

I didnt notice much difference with ride comfort when i change the driving mode, not like how the stock ones with their noticeable difference.

50% more bumpy is significant IMO.

I am putting some on my LC500C next week. Thinking about installing new tires too because I hate the run flats. I want to do PS5s but my shop can’t get them yet. So will either wait or go with PS4s. I am expecting that it won’t be too harsh, but will ride and handle better.

^^^^PS5S are not yet available to the general public, only available to OEMs. I just bought a set of PS4S a couple of weeks ago

Yes, we could not find any. I may end up going with the PS4s. I think a good tire will really help this car. Add in the new springs and it should ride great.

fingers crossed

What's your opinion on them now that you've had more time with them? Would you not recommend them? Do you know what comfort setting you had them on when you installed (the top adjustment ****)? I was considering getting them for a slight drop but maintaining or improving ride quality, but now I'm reconsidering.
