Probably had someone fabricate the piece. Having watched a lot of car modding shows I could definitely see someone make this piece from scratch.

This is sounding more like a value add as it looks to be a very stealth and tasteful install that even fooled the dealers. I had the dealer note it in my paperwork as to not conflict with the L certification.

If the person who traded this car in is following this message board, please message me as I would love to learn more about this unit even though I won’t be using it.
