I have the Lexus Liners(not) they are just floor mats.

I have Weather Tech in everything else. The Weather tech in my other vehicles can actually hold water (or fluids). I think more than a cup of water in the Lexus “liners” would spill over

I had put WeatherTech in my 2014 BMW 535i. I hated them. Once they get dirty, it is near impossible, even with their specific cleaner to get them looking nice again. Plus the rear seat liners and the trunk / cargo liner the edges would fold in and not lay against the floor walls / trunk walls. This allowed debris to get in the crevice and get under them. Felt very cheap.

Just got my 2024 Lexus ES and the Lexus ones came with it. The Lexus ones are so much better IMHO.

The WeatherTech rubber is crap IMO. It scratches super easily, and they don't come off. I wouldn't put them on my car even for free, but that's just me. Hopefully they're using better rubber now.

weathertech is plastic, not rubber. they're precisely made/cut but i prefer the lexus 'mats' (which still have a raised edge so unless you're dumping a whole 32oz drink in there, you'll be fine.

I think we need a new LC model to discuss. We have 21 posts on mats/ liners. I think we are running out of discussion topics.

LOL - I hate to sound like a Lexus fan boy but perhaps this is a sign that Lexus has finally achieved perfection with the LC500 when we’ve reached the point of debating which all-weather floor mats are superior

I dunno. Flummoxed temporarily by the volume of after-market tire valve stem caps. Not to mention those logoed thingies that make seatbelts longer for us fatties.

Don't leave us short guys out...no leather wrapped seatbelt clips to keep belt from rubbing my neck is irritating😂

And if you call 4,300+ lbs of fat perfection, then I won't ask how much you weigh. But the car could lose not a few, but several hundred pounds too. And for what I hear, it's not that quiet inside the cabin, so at least make it quieter without adding any extra weight. But yes, the car seems pretty good once owners and reviewers realize it's not a sports car. That's why I want mine the way it should be IMO, meaning no artificial crap to try to make it sportier, at the cost of having the feel of a video game. Much rather have better feel of what the car is doing with normal steering and no RWS. And at the same time saving quite a few pounds and complication, for better reliability as well. But to each his own, of course. Glad Lexus made that an option.

I'm a big fan of TuxMat . They do not make a mat for the LC 500 on their web site.

of course Lexus! Just ordered, thanks for sharing best price

Quote: Which all-weather floor mat do you like better? Trying to decide which one to buy - they are roughly same price although Lexus is currently a bit cheaper on sale at discounting Lexus dealer courtesy of 355F1’s link. I’m more interested in quality / effectiveness than price.
