I noticed that this the LC forum doesn't have an LC build thread. Hope to show the progression of my LC as I modify the look to my spec and liking. I know, I know the LC forum doesn't like mods. We all know you want this car to remain stock, I get it. But this is mine and I can't wait to build it to the image in my head.
Here it is originally when I bought it back in April -
The wheels came powder coated all black, originally these wheels come in chrome (glad they did it before I bought since I would of done the same) Its considered a launch edition 2018 with the original bespoke interior

First mod I did with the LC was put a Seibon carbon fiber hood. This is the same exact look as OEM but slightly lighter The LC sitting next to my buddies Lexus F cars

Next mod is being installed now, air suspension kit from Universal Air. They made a conversion kit for the OEM stock struts, replacing the springs with airbags. I will be the first LC in the East coast to install this setup. Ever been curious what's under the backseats of an LC, here it is Here is the mock up of how it will look like once its mounted Custom built diamond stitched trunk mount. Surprisingly fits well in the far back which still gives me some trunk space
Ooh that black carbon hood looks nice - I would recommend also getting the carbon fiber(ish?) lip spoiler and side skirt and wrapping the door handles and rear spoiler like on Joshua’s car - see pic (courtesy of Bruce). I bet it would look really great on white. Also, I’d recommend getting black lug nuts to match the wheels. Looking forward to seeing your progress

I am currently looking for a good price on the 3 piece aero kit from Artisan Spirit. Either carbon fiber or FRP, will be painting it a certain color scheme to match the panda look I'm going for.
I have ordered new wheels but have to get proper wheel fitment since I am afraid the new wheels will hit the caliper. The calipers are huge on the LC. I'll be getting black bolts for the hardware for the new wheels. 6 week estimate turn around time, hopefully have them installed in Dec.

its really cool how you've taken a car thats intensely special and personal to each of us, and made it even better for you by doing exactly what you want to it.
its just a beautiful car to begin with, and you've made it even more special and intense, by making it to your liking.
thanks for having the courage to do what you like, and for showing it.
Update on the airbag install, looks like we are getting close to the expected results. Have a few adjustments to be make before it can fully air down the rear struts. Here are a few progress pics and final trunk setup.
Next update will probably be when the wheels have been built by Precision Forged out in San Bernardino, CA. We have finalized the design and they say it will take approximately 6-8 weeks to build.
TBH I don't expect them until next year.
Next week my LC will be showcased at a local shops booth at a car show out here in MD. Need to get the car detailed before then!
I came from a is200t and I noticed very few Lexus owners tinker with their cars. Sometimes for the best that there aren't many mods for the LC or else we would see some extremely distasteful mods😂.

I agree with the limited amount of LCs being modified since there are very few mods available. But Lexus has a ton of modded vehicles like the 3IS, RCs, all the F cars and the LS has one of the biggest stance communities around.
The reason I'm getting from customization shops about the the LCs limited mods is that the LC has too high of a price new or used to support demand for aftermarket parts.
