Chrome piece around front grill

Chrome piece around front grill
Has anyone replaced the chrome piece that surrounds the front grill? mine got damaged and the new part is $345.00 but the dealer wants over $500.00 in labor to replace it. Just curious if anyone has changed it and is it a complicated job.

Does that piece also go horizontally along the very bottom? If so that’s good to know cuz I’m super careful to avoid hitting things with it when I park - now I’ll know if I goof it will potentially cost me $845

When coming home from taking delivery of the car I hit something in the road, I only owned the car for about three hours when it happened, I was in traffic and could not avoid it. I liked what you have done with the Carbin fiber.
