Last month I did the free warranty update to the brake pads that don't squeal, and they seem to have noticeably less dust too. I also ceramic coated my wheels (very easy to DIY for like $2) & that makes cleaning much easier.

The best solution is to change the pads.

Changing pads will help, but not eliminate the dust 100%.

Try using these products in combination. The Hyde's Rust Stopper is sprayed onto the rotors after a wash to prevent the rust from forming.
The Outlast sprays on the wheels and acts as a repellent for the dust. It works amazingly well.

Thats the ticket! like many have said, replace the pads as Lexus suggests and ceramic coat the rims.

Is Lexus, in their TSB, suggesting that LC owners get their pads replaced?? I thought that it was merely a solution for those who have squeaking brakes. Although, I too, would like to decrease the amount of brake dust that I get on my wheels (which are already ceramic coated) I have been hesitant to broach the subject with my Lexus dealer, as the squeaking that I get is only intermittent and I have assumed that they would not be able to replicate the noise and refuse the pad replacement.

Any thoughts?

Its if you cant live with what you have, mainly the squeaking. They are not suggesting it.

No they are not suggesting that - Lexus is offering an alternative to the High Performance pads originally installed on the LC. The HiPo pads might be disagreeable to some due to dust or noise. The TSB pad being offered is a lower performance pad with less dust and is inclined to be quieter. Note, I have the HiPo pads and while they do dust, I do not have the noise described by others because I have bedded them in properly.

All LCs were equipped with the HiPo pads until MY2021. With the MY2021 Lexus started installing the HiPo pads on models with the Sport and Dynamic Handling Packages. The Base and Touring models are equipped with the lower performing TSB pads.

I haven't yet noticed any difference between the "lower performance" pads and the stock ones, fwiw. Done some spirited driving but not for an extended period (like over half an hour) since I switched, so it could be that these new pads fade quicker, but they feel great otherwise.
