Default Irony...

This 2018 LC was evidently in HI for most of its life but somehow found its way to Newport Beach. Not sure why the MB dealer here sent it to CA (at least that is what appears to have happened after reading the CarFax), but it was never for sale here. Right color combination but the more "perfect" buy is a 2019, same color combo, lower miles, and somewhere in the high mid to high $70k range (before shipping costs back to HI). However, as most potential buyers of a used LC come to realize...it can be a real waiting game for the right combo. If only red, white, silver, or black were more appealing (to me). 😎

Aloha Bit...indeed, the supply of new and used is single digits. I did drive a 2022 at the local Porsche dealership recently...salesperson was gracious enough to spend quite a bit of time with me. Anyway, was convinced after the test drive the LC was the car for me. The local Lexus dealership has two new ones in stock...one is a hybrid. Otherwise, if I had to guess by what I see on the road, in various condo parking lots, etc., I say there are likely 6 or so (maybe) on the entire Island...other than what the dealers have. Therefore, am pretty convinced a purchase will have to come from the Mainland.

or just order from your local and they can get it? unless you're going used i guess.
i ended up having to get my lc from a dealer a thousand miles away and i arranged transportation. it was surprisingly easy and really nice not having to go into a dealer and be subjected to sales abuse.

Me too, the only downside is we cannot inspect the car and test drive it.

Aloha Bit...that is the issue...I am looking for something used, most likely a 2019 model.
