Default Flickering rear lights

Anyone ever noticed a slight flicker (visible to naked eye) from the rear lights on their LC ?

Don't all LEDs do this if you look hard enough?

It is my understanding all LEDs flicker. Most can’t see it as the flicker is usually faster than the human eye.

My GMC Denali has a digital rear camera. Most all cars behind me it appears the head lights are like cop cars flashing down the road as the camera picks up the flicker. Some more modern LEDs flicker at even greater speeds that my camera cannot even detect.
