Default battery replacement now tons of codes.

Hey all.. New guy here to a new car.

I had to replace the battery the other day in my 2008 is250. It dies and sat for about 4 days before I got a chance to replace. I purchased a battery from Advanced Auto (got the gold). Ever since the battery replacement I have had 4 codes popping.

Error Codes:
C1241 (low or high power supply voltage )
C1201 (engine control system malfunction )
P2009 ( intake manifold runner control circuit low bank 1)

What should I do? Do you think it is a bad battery? Charging system?

The car runs and drives just fine. I had them clear the codes but they came back on.

Thanks for any help!!!

Try unplugging the battery and leave it off for 10 minutes then put it back on

When I replaced my battery recently, the car turned over, but didn't start. The check engine and traction control ligts lit up. I disconnected the negative battery terminal for 15 or so minutes and reconnected. Everything was kosher afterwards. It's common for this to occur.

Codes are still off! I drove it a bit earlier and felt like there was more resistance on the highway.. But that was probably in my head. Thanks!

Since the power was cut off as you replaced the battery, the ECU is in the process of relearning your driving style/pattern. Keep driving as you normally do and it will settle in. Hopefully the codes wont come back.

Today while i was at the bank in the drive thru i put it in park and the car started shaking... Stepped on the gas a bit and it went away but it kept coming back. Tried it while in drive and no shaking. I also just took it to the auto store to see if the battery is good and it checked out okay

You didn't mention why the battery needed to be replace? I think you have a bad alternator (and it caused your original battery to go bad in the first place). Have the shop check the alternator to see if it is putting out the proper voltages.
