Default Trying to remove bezel around instrument cluster

I'm trying to remove the bezel around the instrument panel to insulate it for creaking noises, and I found the 2 bolts at the bottom, but I cannot figure out how to remove the 2 top screws, or clips. Tried to unscrew them, but I don't think they are screws (they just keep spinning). Please help! Thanks.

Also, if anyone has any advice on how to remove the entire dash, any help would be appreciated..A DIY would be HIGHLY appreciated

you either tighten them or stripped them. try prying the screw out of the clip

take a picture from farther away so it actually focuses and isn't so blurry.

yes, you need a more clear picture. I had been keeping track of DIYs that help take a part most of the dash things.

Cluster: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...g-needles.html
Passenger side: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...g-to-circ.html
Stereo: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...le-moving.html
Driver side partial: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...ory-alarm.html

This post pretty much summarizes everything and the driver side and very helpful but no pictures: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...006-is350.html
