DIY 2IS Rear LED Turn Signal

Hello CL!

I wanted LED blinkers so I bought a pair of 7443 LED amber lights. This is a mini DIY of how to install and have them running without it hyper flash. Overall, I like them. They are really noticeable and only took about 20 minutes to put on (being careful), but after you do the first one, the second is cake! I also included a vid clip if ya'l wanna see how bright they are.

This is what I bought:
*7443 AMBER LED

*Resistors (to prevent hyper flash)

Nice DIY! Is it any noticeably brighter/cooler looking?
Goal looks like it was to get it to still blink amber? That's cool with redouts! niice

thanks for the DIY! any possible night vids to see how bright the flash is? would be cool to see a before and after. Good Job

Great DIY! I remember a fellow member wanting to get redouts for his car, but his country amber turn signals or else it would be illegal. This would definitely help him out. I'll enjoy my red turn signals for now though.

quick question...
when you lock/unlock, does the signals still flash?

^^^ all signals are still the same and flashes normal

...I chose amber bulbs because I want the tail lights red-out but amber when flashes! The red vinyl overpowers the amber though. At night, you can slightly see orange when it flashes.
