Its photoshop, I just adjust the shadows and highlights to be more enhanced

But if you wash it and put a few layer of wax down it is just as shiny under the right light

Just one persons perspective- but 18s will offer lighter, better performing, wheels...

I never put anything on my car that makes it -slower- like 20s would.

Not to mention, if you've no plans to lower the car, 18s will look better too. 20s would look ridiculous at stock ride height (or even sport suspension ride height)

As for pricing, the cost difference between most 18" and 19" wheels is negligible.

Also, saying that a wheel is lighter just becuase its 18" vs 19" is incorrect. 19" forged wheels will be substantially lighter than any cast 18" wheel.

i mean a 18 inch work vsxx is lighter than a 19 inch work vsxx

im not comparing apples to oranges

and when your dealing with high end forged wheels like volk and work i think the price difference between 18s and 19s is something to consider. At least in my case.

Thanks for the responses guys. More pics would be greatly appreciated. The reasoning for my wanting 18's VS +1 or +2 OEM size is simply cost. I recently had to replace my tires so the current ones are fine and I would rather not drop additional cash on new tires yet again. Also, cost overall is a big factor as I am funding my fiance and I's wedding (2 weeks away...YAY!). So ya....with the economy the way it is I would like to alter the look of my IS a bit without dropping too much cash. I also want to get springs and a Tanabe exhaust so that's more money I'll need to spend. Regardless I thank you all again and please pour in more pics of 18's on 2IS's.
