I originally wanted to get staggered 19's but the shop I went to has to order them and it will take 6-8 weeks. They then said they can order the same rim in 20's and it would only take them about 7 days, so he recommended I go with them.
For those of you that went with 20's, do you regret not getting 19's instead, or are you happy with your decision. Did the ride quality decrease a lot from stock 18s? Anyone regret not getting 20's instead of 19's?
I'm planning on getting Eibach springs as well.
So what do you guys think, should I go with the 20's or hope to somehow find the 19's at a place that has them in stock?
I think the 20's would probably look better but I'm worried about the tire being too thin. Is it that much of a difference between the thickness of the tires on the 19's and 20's?
I need to make my mind up ASAP but I'm trying not to rush into it. Any info, comments, or suggestions would be highly appreciated.
I live in NY by the way..

I was going to get 19's but when I had them on my Audi I always seemed to have issues trying to get tires. I went with 20's (hesitantly) because of availability and have no regrets. I love the way they look. The ride is not that bad either, in fact I really do not notice that much of a difference. The only problem I have is rubbing, but only when turning to lock and in reverse. It is an easy fix, but i am lazy.

I've had 20's on my IS and after i put the eibach kit on and the car settled the wheels were rubbing in the front when turning all the way, going fast in a turn and bumps on the road. I hated it so much and went to 19" and love it now. No rubbing and I think that they're big enough because the IS is't a big car.
Look, you will have a better ride with 18 = best ride
19's = Decent ride
20's = Deminished ride.
Plain and simple
AND YES i know 17's, 16's, and 15's, etc, will all offer better rides.
