C'mon Tommy ~ you are a resident of norcal! Those pics are taken at Santana Row in San Jose so he is definitely norcal.

Pics look too "touched up" for me ~ super aggresive rim combo with no other mods or drop doesn't flow but that's just me. I think this car has potential but needs a lot of other things before it can be complete.
