Default Tire setting Question(245/275 Setup)

Hello everyone.

Is it possible to set the tire size below?
. Front 245-40-19
. Rear 275-35-19
. Wheel spec : 8.5J 35 / 9.5J 38

I wonder if there will be any driving or bump interference.
(I did Rear fender rolling, and using TEIN Flex-z suspention)

Not to be Johnny Rain Cloud, but changing wheels and/or tire sizes from FACTORY specs is not going to be answered in most Forums. And is ILLEGAL in most Countrys. And, could get someone else killed on the highways... AND you provide NO info about the Vehicle you are modifying. That said, BE SAFE and HAVE a BLESSED DAY!

I've never run that combination, and likely wouldn't. I'm not very happy with the 275/35/19 Pilot Super Sports I am running right now, and will be replacing them with my tried and true 275/30/19 Michelin PS4S or maybe PS5 if they're available.

I can see you're new to this forum so let me just say that these questions are 90% of this forum is for, modifying the vehicle beyond OEM parts/specs. I would say the majority of ISF's are modified by now, and wheels are a very common change, and as such there are thousands of various combinations so it can be difficult to figure it out unless you go with something common.

To help OP. Depending on how low you are on the coilovers, that will play a role. I will say usually anyone running 19's who decides to upsize from the 225/40 255/35 goes to 245/35 275/30. I had that on my 12 stock wheels I used in the winter. I have seen some do 275/35 rears though not sure what issues presented themselves. One other thing to consider is the wheels backspacing, so that the inner spokes won't be an issue.

There are probably millions of cars in America with modified spec wheels/tires. It is not illegal here. I have changed the wheels on almost every car I’ve owned.

Since he is on the ISF sub, he is likely modifying an ISF.

Where do you reside?

I second Val's recommendation. I have run 245/35 275/30 for many years on OEM wheels. I am lowered and have no rubbing. Also, the outer diameter matches well front to back using these specs.

I have run that exact same tire size combination for a few years now. My suspension setup is stock including stock 2012 wheels. No issues for me. I am running Firestone Indy 500 and they serve me just fine.

Your OEM wheels have very different offsets.
